The IEM fellow conducted continuous medical education (CME) training for the medics and medic assistants in a Burmese refugee camp. The initial topics for presentation were selected based on the recommendations of the Karrenni Health Department. Responsibilities included teaching daily practical based skills, observing the theory based lecture portion of the curriculum, reviewing the overall curriculum, lesson plans, and assessment materials, and ongoing daily observation and direct feedback on the students performance.
